Cross-linked bridging polyethylene foam (also known as chemical cross-linked polyethylene foam) is referred to as XPE. This product is a fine and independent closed-cell foam material produced by mixing, processing, forming, foaming agent AC and other chemical raw materials with low density polyethylene (LDPE) and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) as main raw materials, adding foaming agent AC and other chemical raw materials, and then through a series of processing processes such as foaming, shaping and post-treatment, its relatively flat appearance, excellent resilience, high chemical strength, excellent heat insulation, waterproof, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and excellent weather resistance. More can be a variety of simple and complex secondary processing.
