Advantages of XPE foam in automotive interior applications
With the diversification of people's aesthetic views and increasingly higher aesthetic requirements, car interiors, as one of the most intuitive parts of a car, have naturally received great attention from consumers. Car interiors are not only related to the comfort, operability, and aesthetics of the entire vehicle, but also have an important impact on the vehicle's energy efficiency, safety, and environmental protection. XPE car seat heat insulation pads are chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam materials. It is a high-molecular foam material made by mixing polyethylene with various fillers, and adding chemical cross-linking agents and foaming agents. Characteristics of PU foam
Automotive air conditioning PU foam (also known as PU sponge, PU foam material, polyurethane sponge, sponge, etc.) is a multifunctional, novel, special foamed material with rich properties and wide applications, and is sold globally. PU foam is made by mixing foaming resin, foaming agent, and adhesive resin (to make the finished product adhesive), and then foaming it.
