NBR/PVC molding

NBR+PVC is a mixed foamed material of rubber and plastic. NBR is the abbreviation of nitrile rubber, and PVC is the abbreviation of polyvinyl chloride. The NBR+PVC blend is currently the main type of rubber and plastic used. The main advantages of NBR+PVC blends are that they combine the ozone resistance of PVC with the oil resistance and cross-linkability of NBR, and also have certain flame retardant properties and good physical and mechanical properties. The main raw material PVC is abundant in sources, so it is widely used.

1. Due to its internal structure of numerous independent, closed-cell bubbles and its low density, coupled with the low thermal conductivity of the rubber material, it has excellent thermal insulation performance. 
2. The surface skin effectively isolates it from the outside air, so water vapor cannot penetrate, and no vapor barrier layer is needed; the outer wall will not condense, and the water absorption rate is low. 
3. It has a soft feel, good elasticity, high strength, smooth surface, and easy installation.
